Wearable sensor technology - 2 day rental

Conduct up to 30 task risk assessments using a dynamic system of 5 small wearable sensors for the back, arms, and head. These sensors communicate with a sophisticated app on an iPad, providing video and data analysis to evaluate job task risks. After a brief task analysis, view PDF reports quantifying the risks and contributing factors to identify areas for improvement and prioritize solutions from task design to equipment assessment. 

AI Camera Vision Technology

AI technology for task analysis

Record a short video of a worker performing a job task and upload it via the AI camera vision mobile app. Choose your preferred ergonomic scoring method — RULA, REBA, NIOSH, LMT, MAC, or ART — to analyze the task. Within minutes, you’ll receive a color-coded, detailed report that includes scores based on your selected method, extensive range of motion data, and 3D simulations of all movements, synchronized with your video. The report highlights high-risk movements and provides targeted suggestions to help reduce ergonomic risks.

ErgoAssess

Office ergonomics - self assessments

ErgoAssess is an innovative ergonomic software application designed to evaluate employees' risk factors for injury and pain. ErgoAssess features comprehensive survey questions that address posture, equipment positioning, and safety considerations. After completing the survey, employees receive personalized recommendations on correcting practices that could lead to injuries. The ergonomic software system also provides a full report on users and advises where human intervention should be considered.
